A strange plant has sprouted in the Curious Nest window! Is it Queen Anne’s Lace? Oh no, it’s Miss Hemlock! Her skirt and jacket are handmade by co-owner Andrea Savar with hemlock and other deadly plant motifs printed on cotton, antique French lace, a hat filled with curious treasures and surrounded by other (ob)noxious weeds like Sir English Ivy and Madame Morning Glory. Come take a closer look at all the little details but be careful not to confuse her with wild parsnip.
