Our scarecrow isn’t meant to scare the birds away. Quite the opposite! At Quiet Heart Wilderness School, our students learn how to blend in with the forest, so that they can observe the birds and other animals as quietly as possible. Our super stealthy Forest Explorers (Grades K-2) taught our scarecrow how to camouflage themselves. Can you spot our scarecrow in their sit spot at the east entrance to Yost Park?
