2026 Holiday Market Vendor Information

Become a Vendor with Us
Help Shape the Edmonds Holidays

The Edmonds Museum Holiday Market helps the Historical Society and Market preserve and share our heritage. It connects the past to our community today.

Thank you for your interest in becoming an Edmonds Museum Holiday Market vendor! As you anticipate the season, here are a few things to remember.

The Market is open to vendors with products handmade or “Home Grown in Washington.” We offer fresh produce, flowers, processed foods, handcrafted items, and original art.

The cost is similar to that of other comparable markets for a 10′ x 10′ space. The cost depends on booth location, size, and number of Saturdays.

For any questions about how to become a vendor, contact the Market Manager, Valerie Claypool, at 206-335-9665 or at 247eventsnw@gmail.com.

Happy Guy

Requirements for All Vendors

  • Make or grow what you see (we do not permit resellers)
  • Have a valid WA State business license
  • Have commercial liability insurance
  • For vendors bringing food, have all required permits from the Departments of Health and/or Agriculture
  • Ensure you have a 40lb weight for each corner of your canopy

Holiday Market Vendor Application

There are two steps to become a Holiday Market vendor. Step 1 is to submit the Vendor Market Application. Once the application is approved by the Market Manager, Valerie Claypool, she will reach out to you and give the ok to move to payment. Step 2, after her approval, is you can submit the PayPal payment at the bottom of this page. Do not submit payment until Valerie gives permission. If you have any questions, reach out to 247eventsnw@gmail.com or to Valerie Claypool at 206-335-9665.

Vendor Application Steps

Step 1 – Apply to be a market vendor

APPLICATIONS CLOSED FOR 2026 (payments still open, see below)

Step 2 –PAYMENT (Once approved)

Before proceeding, you should have received a copy of your application form in your email. You should also have been communicating with the Market Manager (Valerie Claypool), and she will have approved your payment and the amount. Once Valerie approves the Application, submit the PayPal payment below. If your payment goes through, you will see an acknowledgment on this page and will also receive an email confirmation. If you have questions, again, contact Valerie at 247eventsnw@gmail.com or 206-335-9665. And with the activity at a typical Market, it wouldn’t hurt to bring the Application copy and the Receipt of Payment with you.
